Marriott Hotel

This was the complete renovation of the famous Dupont Plaza Hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico. ROOFTECH provided HKS, Inc. with roof consulting services for the roofing and waterproofing. The complicated hotel project was made even more demanding by its oceanside setting in a hurricane region. The roofs on this hotel have since been tested by a major hurricane and are still performing.
