Campbell Center

ROOFTECH performed failure analysis, design, testing, and inspection on the 3 high rise buildings and 2 mall areas over a period of about 10 years. This work included the replacement of all roofs, forensic services investigating a reroofing failure on Campbell Center I, and waterproofing services involving the plaza decks, curtain wall, and atrium skylights systems. Maintaining the distinctive serpentine pattern in the roof aggregate was a requirement, as this building was featured prominently in the TV series Dallas.
